REPO Remote printing

Our R.E.P.O. option (Remote Employee Printing Option), allows your employees to select specific documents to print directly from their computing device (desktop, laptop, ipad, phone) to printers at our location for pickup/shipping/mailing.

This option is very enticing during this time of Pandemic. Utilizing NotoMar services many of your internal “letter shop” options can be completed remotely, without employee intervention, and without employee using their hardware and consumables (Printers/ink/postage/etc).

Employees normal printer selections show up normally under Windows/AppleOS/Andriod, however they will see a remote destination for printing. Selecting this remote destination will send your printing to our location via 256 bit data encryption, for printing here at NotoMar.

We will print the file as submitted, and will be able to allow a variety of “finishing/shipping” options at our location. This printing will be billed weekly to your company on a registered credit card, with a copy of an invoice sent to you detailing the services utilized

Printing Options and Finishing Services

Beyond just single sided printing, we can set up for your company printing configuration the following print option and finishing services. This is set up as a special option for your company.

Printing options we support include: Single sided (Simplex), double Sided (Duplex) on sizes Letter ( 8.5″X11″), Legal (8.5″ X 14″), Tabloid (11″ X 17″) and Poster (12″X18″). We have a variety of papers (weights/colors/finished) available to print on.

Finishing options include 3 hole punch, staple binding, Folding/inserting/mailing in Window Envelopes (both Letter size and one Flat size (9″X12″ Flat), and 3 ring binder presentation. Shipping options include US Postal and UPS shipping.

We furnish our clients templates for use in their work processing for mailing of both #10 envelope and 9X12 (Flat) size envelopes.
